Register for the Second Annual Health Equity Symposium
Everyone should have a fair and just opportunity to prevent, find, treat, and survive prostate cancer, regardless of race, sexual orientation, financial resources, physical abilities, or area of residence. This aspiration is called health equity. ZERO's second annual Health Equity Symposium will take place virtually on November 5 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. It can be accessed online from any computer or mobile device. The event will address the status of prostate cancer disparities and what can be done to eliminate them. Register today for a chance to hear and interact with researchers, healthcare providers, patients/survivors, and community members committed to achieving prostate cancer health equity.
Learn About Commonalities of Prostate Cancer and Breast Cancer
This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, learn that prostate cancer and breast cancer have more in common than meets the eye. Both diseases have similar incidence rates, similar mortality rates, and both diseases disproportionately impact the Black community. Click the link below to access an important new infographic.
Grow & Give for Prostate Cancer Awareness
ZERO's Grow & Give Campaign is almost here. The annual November event raises awareness about prostate cancer and raises funds to help those affected by the disease. Participants grow mustaches, beards, or rock boldly blue styles. Last November, ZERO Champion Michael Dunne topped the individual leaderboard by raising over $10,300! Join Michael in the fun this year by registering and creating your personal fundraising page.
Thank You for a Successful PCAM
Thanks to everyone who helped make Prostate Cancer Awareness Month in September a great success. ZERO was able to provide a wide range of support services and educational resources to the community. Thank you to those who donated over $105K, including $30K (which will be triple matched) on ZERO Cancer Day. Whether you donated, attended educational sessions, ran/walked, participated in an event, or helped spread the word about prostate cancer, thank you.
Be a Part of the 2023 ZERO Prostate Cancer Summit
Registration is open for the 2023 ZERO Prostate Cancer Summit.
