Many prostate cancer patients face challenges with sexual intimacy and other side effects as a result of their diagnosis. This webinar will provide you with information about reducing, minimizing, and improving outcomes related to side effects caused by prostate cancer and their treatments.

Cancer Can Come from your Mom or Your Dad

The Hoppe family has a very extensive history of cancer. When Ed Hoppe was diagnosed with prostate cancer his daughters, Emily and Ellen, took the myRisk Hereditary Cancer Test and found out that they were BRCA1 positive coming from their dad’s lineage. They then went to their extended family on their dad’s side and told everyone that could be affected by this mutation to get tested. Knowing this genetic information allows Emily and Ellen to get a step ahead and take measures to reduce their risk of breast or ovarian cancer. » Watch their story here

A Daughter’s Point of View

Her close-knit family stuck together throughout her dad’s cancer battle, but sadly they lost him late last year.
