Special Match Ends Soon: Double Your Impact for Patients in Need

Double Your Impact

Don't miss your opportunity to have your gift matched this month to help patients like Ted Healy, an Oregon-based husband, father, and advanced-stage prostate cancer patient. Because of the generosity of people like you, patients in need can get personalized help to secure critical financial and emotional support.

Ted and his wife Mary were facing the heartbreaking decision of affording his treatments or paying their bills. He connected with a ZERO360 case manager who helped him secure financial assistance for his costly yet lifesaving treatment plan. "Having financial assistance to cover my expensive treatments allowed me to focus on what is most important: my health. Through the assistance and support received from my ZERO360 case manager, I learned that I wasn't alone in my battle against prostate cancer."

At press time, we are nearing our $200,000 goal which, once reached, will trigger a matching fund to double the impact for Ted and many other struggling patients who urgently need your help. Will you be part of giving hope and help to patients today? This double match opportunity will end on June 30 at midnight.

Two bills have been introduced in the New Jersey legislature to make prostate cancer screening and diagnosis more accessible and affordable for patients, but we need your help to make them law! Please click the link below to spend two minutes sending an email to your elected officials to ask them to cosponsor Bill A2795.

On Thursday, June 9, the New Jersey Senate Commerce Committee held a hearing on Bill S-791. The bill, introduced by State Senator Troy Singleton, would remove cost barriers such as copays and deductibles for prostate cancer screenings in New Jersey, including follow-up testing. We are happy to report that the Commerce Committee approved our bill unanimously! The bill will now be moved along in the legislative process.
