Welcome to My Personal Page
I was first diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in February 2006. Here are my numbers since then: eleven years, one surgery, four recurrences, 86 radiation treatments, eleven weeks in Florida, three lengthy rounds of hormonal therapy, one incredible wife and caregiver - and current PSA of 0.008 - basically undetectable. I require continual treatment to keep my cancer in remission.
Here are some more general numbers - One in seven fathers, sons, husbands, brothers, partners, and friends will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, including 5,990 men in NC this year alone.
I am participating in the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk because I want to put an end to prostate cancer and I need your support. Please support our efforts by making a tax-deductible contribution today!
Your support provides much needed funds for research, education and awareness, and patient assistance for prostate cancer patients in our local community.
As we cross the finish line of the upcoming ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk, you’ll feel proud knowing you helped save lives and keep families together.
