Welcome to My Personal Page
One in nine fathers, sons, brothers, partners, and friends will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, including more than 164,000 throughout the U.S. this year.
This February, I will be heading to Washington, D.C. again to advocate for policies supporting prostate cancer research, access to care, and funding for local cancer prevention and awareness programs.
I have been to the D.C. Summit for the past 5 years and have always had a fairly happy story to tell my congressmen. My brother was doing well thanks to some of the treatments that came out of the Prostate Cancer Research Program in the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program. Well, this year my story won't be so happy. You see, my brother Terry's prostate cancer journey ended on September 14th. He fought a valiant fight, but didn't come out on top of this battle. The prostate cancer may have won this round - but my fight isn't over. What I started in Terry's name will continue - in his memory and for all of the men that are still in this war to beat prostate cancer.
Please support me by making a tax-deductible contribution today! You'll feel proud knowing that you're bring another voice to our nation’s capitol to advocate on behalf of prostate cancer patients and their families.
Your donation will help the hundreds of thousands of men these policies impact every day as well as patient programs that go directly to helping men and their families, free testing, educational programs, and more. And help me to have my voice heard.
Keeping my promise to you, Terry ... still in this war and your journey will not have been in vain.
