It is that time of year everyone. It is no shave November. A man dies of prostate cancer every 15 minutes. This could be a man in your life. They say every man will get prostate cancer if they live long enough. Ask your doctor for a PSA blood test. You must ask because it is not part of the regular blood test. My doctor did not order it for me this year and I forgot to ask.

Our team is raising money for prostate cancer research and helping men and their family’s who are in need. Our team started because I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2019. I am so fortunate that I am cancer free today, but several men are not as lucky as I was.

Over the last 3 years I have met a number of men who have had prostate cancer. Before I was diagnosed, I had not heard of a man who had it. We men do not talk about it but men are dying at an alarming rate!
