Welcome to My Personal Page
Prostate cancer has greatly impacted our family. In May we lost my brother-in-law, Billy Wayne Fults (Poppa) after a hard fought three year battle with this disease. A week before our loss, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent a radical prostatectomy in June. Thanks to early detection from annual PSA testing, a gifted and talented Urologist, Dr. Kevin Nickell and God's grace, I am doing incredibly well and no further treatment is needed.
My mission now is to educate and inform others about prostate cancer and to raise money for Zero The End of Prostate Cancer to put an end to prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in American men. One in nine fathers, sons, husbands, brothers, partners, and friends will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, including 12,600 men in Texas this year alone.
This year I will be joining the team of Poppa, Pappy (Larry Rother) and Cuggy (me) to participate in the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk in San Antonio on September 16, 2018. The funds raised from 2018 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk are invested around the country to provide research for new treatments, free prostate cancer testing, and educate men and families about prostate cancer. Please support our efforts by making a tax-deductible contribution.
As we cross the finish line of the upcoming September 16, 2018, ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk, you’ll feel proud knowing you honored Poppa, helped save lives and kept families together.
Thank you for your love and generosity,
