PSA - Papa Smurf's Army
Date: Saturday, September 7, 2019
Location: The Village at Cumberland Park 8926 S Broadway Ave Tyler, TX 75703
Providing compassion, love, and strength in numbers!
Our team name has a very special makeup. The PSA in our team name represents the test used to detect prostate cancer, while Papa Smurf represents a fine man (Tom Brown) whom we lost to this terrible disease. Finally, Army represents our band of brothers and sisters united in the ongoing fight to achieve zero prostate cancer. Like myself, Papa Smurf is a veteran. Him being a Navy guy and myself a Marine! I am Rod, the guy who recently began my battle with prostate cancer and have taken a vow to beat it. So please join our team and contact me with your shirt size and contact information so I can personally make sure you get a team shirt for race day. Thank you and God bless!
