I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in Dec '17. It has been a long road through treatment and recovery and I am happy to report that I am feeling better everyday! The truth is that prostate cancer will always be a part of my life even after the surgery, radiation, and hormone deprivation therapy. All I can do now is try and support my fellow prostate cancer survivors so I am hoping you will join team Hartley's Heroes for this year's Zero Prostate Cancer 5k. After all, I could not have made it through this past year without all my heroes' support!
You can run, you can walk, you can even participate virtually if you don't live in Austin. I hope you see you out on the course!
One in nine fathers, sons, husbands, brothers, partners, and friends will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, including 10,660 men in Texas this year alone.
Our team is participating in the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk because we want to put an end to prostate cancer. Please support our efforts by making a tax-deductible contribution today!
Your donation provides much needed funds for research, education and awareness, and patient assistance for prostate cancer patients in our local community.
Team up with us to fight prostate cancer; you’ll feel proud knowing you’ve helped save lives.
