Cincinnati Run/Walk

Friends - as many of you know, I had surgery to remove my Prostate in 2014 as it was cancerous.  Following that, I had 33 radiation treatments to further arrest the prospect of the cancer spreading.  The good news is there are no signs of the cancer recurring.  That said, I am now dealing with the after effects of the radiation and scar tissue, and I've had 4 significant surgeries since Feb.7, 2023.  The most recent surgery has worked and I am now able to resume my active lifestyle!

The message is that the fight against cancer is never over, and once again I am asking you to support the education, diagnoses, treatment and support to help eradicate a disease that affects as many men as breast cancer does women.  Please consider donating to Zero Prostate Cancer at the below link to support my team.  I know the Zero Prostate Cancer Walk in Cincinnati conflicts with our family vacation so I will be supporting the walk virtually!  As this is very important to me as I am on the organizing committee, I will be doing what I can to support all affected by this treatable and beatable cancer anytime and on the day of the race.
