On May 11, 2019 I competed in Ironman Santa Rosa with the mission to win my age group in order to secure an invitation to the Big Island of Hawaii and to compete in our sports most prestigious race; The Ironman World Championship. Coming across the finish line I felt confident that I had done my best and given everything I had to accomplish this feat. It was a "ZERO effort," I told my friends just moments after the race. 

You see for the past 7 years I have been racing and raising money and awareness for ZERO Cancer, an organization dedicated to seeing the first generation of men with ZERO deaths due to this disease. Why is this so important?

One in nine fathers, sons, brothers, partners, and friends will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, including more than 161,000 throughout the U.S. this year alone. 

I'm racing with Team ZERO because I want to put an end to the suffering of prostate cancer. Therefore, I need your support!
