Welcome to my personal war on prostate cancer
Everyone who knows me knows I lost the absolute love of my life to prostate cancer in early 2019. Everyone who knows me also knows that once upon a time--before I got old and flabby and plagued by injuries--I used to be an okay runner. And nearly everyone who knows me also knows I've run a few marathons. I did the NYC marathon in 2001. Twenty years later, I'm going to try it again, but this time it's to raise money for prostate cancer awareness, education and prevention. I'm racing the 2021 TCS New York Marathon with Team ZERO this November, because I want to put an end to prostate cancer.
I've pledged to raise at least $3,000 for ZERO and need your help to reach my goal. Please support me by making a tax-deductible contribution today.
ZERO is a national non-profit with the mission to end prostate cancer. With your help, ZERO can support more prostate cancer patients and education more men about the risk of prostate cancer. To learn more about ZERO, visit https://zerocancer.org/why-zero/our-mission-impact/.
Thank you for helping make a difference for prostate cancer patients around the country!
