I'm running them 2024 NYC Marathon with Team ZERO
Did you know that one in eight fathers, sons, brothers, partners, and friends will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime? Prostate cancer continues to be one of the leading causes of death in patients. Annually, it continues to be one of the most common cancers among patients diagnosed with cancers in the US.
Many of you might not be aware of focus at work. My career path as a pharmacist has led me to my current job. Within this role, I provide education and discuss prostate cancer treatments with health care professionals. While I don’t work in direct patient care, I hear many of the stories shared about their patients. I also have the opportunity to be a part of the innovation at my company and watch as my company brings forth new prostate cancer treatment options for patients. This has been so valuable in allowing me to see the impact this brings to the community and and the potential in changing and providing new treatment options to patients.
I decided to take both my professional interests and my personal interests and sign up to run the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon with Team ZERO.
I've pledged to raise at least $3,000 for ZERO and I need your support to achieve this goal. Every donation brings us one step closer to Generation ZERO - the first generation of men free from prostate cancer. Your donation will provide critical funds for research, patient financial assistance, early detection and educational programs. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of prostate cancer patients around the country!
